Portfolio Text Messaging Terms

Portfolio offers a free phone and text support service operated by Portfolio Holdings, LLC that helps people navigate public benefits and government services. These terms cover text messages, including picture messages, sent to and from Portfolio numbers.

• How you join. You opt in by texting us first, or by agreeing during a phone call with us to receive a text. We never buy contact lists and never text a number that has not contacted us or opted in on a call.
• What you'll receive. Replies to your questions, links to official government websites, and follow-ups from our support staff. Message frequency varies with the conversation you started.
• Cost. The service is free. You never have to buy anything, and agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
• To stop. Reply STOP at any time. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing further. Reply START to rejoin.
• For help. Reply HELP in any conversation, or email support@portfolio.sc.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information. How we collect, use, and delete your information is covered by our privacy policy.
